After a wonderful hot yoga class at the gym I decided to go a bit outside the box for dinner. I was craving protein and veggies. So I decided to toss all of that into a wok. Assorted veggies, chick peas, sesame seeds, onion, mushrooms, salt, pepper, garlic, cumin, and turkey breast stir fry style. Delicious. Another successful kitchen experiment. I would like to substitute turkey for different types of meat and see what happens. Also I think I should have added tomato or perhaps green bell pepper. Maybe some sort of sauce? Anyway, future experiments to come.
