Last night I felt like experimenting in the kitchen. I suppose watching reruns of the 'The Taste' will do that. I was feeling a bit Mediterranean. So I decided on diced chicken with chick peas, sesame seeds, and peppers spiced with salt, pepper, cumin, and onion powder. I covered everything with a tomato paste, something I hadn't tried before. I also baked some veggies (zucchini, bimi/broccolini, and tomato) seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano. Very happy with the result.
