Logic dictates if you don't enjoy something, get rid of it. get out. Not always realistic, though, is it? It's all well and good to say, "well then, quit your job and do something you like" Not everyone has that luxury. In fact most people don't have that luxury.
So what do you do?
Find one small thing to make your Monday better. Do something special for yourself. Maybe a pre-work coffee with a friend? A special breakfast treat? Or better yet, spoil someone you love. Make their Monday a little more bearable. A note in their briefcase, purse, or backpack. Cook your loved one something delicious on Monday morning and watch them smile. There are so many little things we can do to make Monday better.
Here's my challenge to you - find something you can do on Mondays, something small, that will make the day worth looking forward to. It can be anything. Something easy. Something enjoyable. Most importantly something you only do on Mondays. This Monday is almost over. You've got all week to think about your Monday treat.
